You will have to pay the local tax directly to the accomodation provider if you did not paid it online when you booked your accomodation.

It depends. Please have a look at the appartment’s description or contact us for more information.
At what time can I pick up the keys, and at what time to give them back?
We advise you to contact the owner of the apartment/hotel regarding the keys and check-in:out matters.

Once you have chosen your accommodation on our website, you can book it directly online. You have to fill up your details (name, surname, adress, email, phone number, number of people over and below 18 yo).

Is it possible to add services on my booking ?
Once your booking is made, it is possible to add some services (ski passes, ski equipment rental, transfers, parking…) at preferential rates.

Is it possible to pay with special vouchers delivered by our employer?
No, this is not possible. We only accept the French chèques-vacances, in some cases.
Is there a cancellation insurance at Val d'Isère Réservation ?

We are travelling with kids, can we get a baby cot in our appartment ?

Where can I find my appartment/hotel adress ?
Val d’Isère is a small village and street names are not commonly used. You only need the name of the building or chalet and a resort map to locate your apartment.
