Non respect de l'heure du ménage de l'appartement (fait vers 18h le samedi). Appartement sale à l'entrée dans l'appartement et après le passage du ménage (sanitaires, salle de bains, cuisine, moquette,...).
Aspirateur cassé et remplacé au bout d'une semaine
