Logement sale, vétusté, bouilloire cassée... je n ai pas bien compris comment compléter l état des lieux, j ai utilisé la feuille d inventaire, ce qui m a pris du temps. Il est dommage que ce qui est déjà abîmé ne soit pas déjà noté afin d éviter au locataire suivant de faire les mêmes constats.
