Appartement ayant besoin de rénovation. Canapés réparés avec du scotch, mobilier de cuisine vieilli ,poêles et casseroles à changer,
Beaucoup de bricolage au niveau électrique, ampoules grillées et barillet porte d’ entrée aléatoire

Il était appréciable de disposer d'une place de parking avec l'appartement.
La propreté était partielle (éléments gras et poussiéreux sur les étagères de la cuisine) et seuls 2 feux étaient opérationnels sur la plaque de cuisson. Le casier à ski ne peut contenir le matériel de 6 personnes.
