Located on the 2nd floor of building B with an elevator access, this one bedroom flat with also a
mezzanine of approximately 34 m² can accommodate 2 to 4 guests. The apartment features on the main level an open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living area, a showeroom, and a west facing balcony. The mezzanine has a very steep stairway includes a double bed as well as a window overlooking the living room below.
Attention, the ceiling height of thee mezzanine is only 1.60 at its highest, with a very narrow steep staircase
that is not suitable for children.
