Beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnaient pas. Une odeur nauséabonde à l'arrivée dans l'appartement.
Aucune visite de vérification préalable à notre arrivée n'avait été faite de l'appartement vu qu'il n'avait pas été utilisé depuis la saison d'hiver.
