Les + : appartement spacieux, bien chauffé et très propre ; emplacement idéal
Les - : exposition plein sud mais avec 2 toits d'immeubles devant les fenêtres, il n'y a aucune lumière naturelle ; le bruit de la cuisine du restaurant en dessous des chambres.
