Everything was great, but the flat was VERY dirty when we arrived. Broken glass on the bedroom floor (my son stepped on it and started to bleed), most dishes in the cupboard were dirty, lots of hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The cleaners must spend more time on the job.
