Main issue was a leak in one of the rooms, when we arrived there was a bucket in the bunk bed room under a drip, the person who was supposed to stay in that room refused to and threatened to book alternative accommodation, to mediate the situation myself and my wife slept on the couch for the week

We were unpleasently surprised with our apartment, The shower was clogged, which caused a flooding, the oven made a nagging noise which was loud during the night, the window handles were broken and worst of all, there was a water infiltration that caused a dripping in one of the rooms.
