Le chauffage ne se règle pas les thermostats ne fonctionne pas, l’appartement était trop chauffé. Le ménage n’était pas fait complètement.(poussière, taches d’aliment sur la table que nous avons ôtées.
Les matelas présentent des signes d’usure.
