Logement pas trés propre, manque d'entretien rideau très déchirés, poussières, vaisselles sales. Convecteur séjour ne fonctionne pas, il a fallu demander un radiateur d'appoint.
Le propriétaire a quelques efforts à faire afin qu'il soit vraiment agréable.
Sinon bien situé à recommander si amélio

La note représente le rapport qualité prix. Elle aurait été plus haute si l'équipement avait été de meilleur qualité : meubles vieillots et abîmés, rideaux sales et déchirés, TV très ancienne, canapés du salon peut confortable voir avachis, etc... Les + sont : localisation, Internet, Parking
