Chalet Les Alpes: 2 rooms of 65sqm for 4 people
Located at the foot of the Face de Bellevarde, behind the Centre Des Congrès, E5 on the resort map.
Equipment of the apartment:
- large living room with 2 individual beds
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (possibility of preparing 2 single beds)
- equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, ceramic hob
- bathroom and separate WC
- television, linen (sheets + towels + tea towels) and cleaning products included in the rental price.
- 1 place for 1 car in the garage of the chalet
(max height 2.20 m and max length 5 m )
Beds made on arrival.
- possibility of a fifth bed (on request with a supplement of 200 euros during summer and 250 euros during winter).

Arrival time from 3 p.m, and departure before 10 a.m.

- Damage deposit: 500 euros / returned at the end of the stay during the inventory if the apartment is returned without damage.
Those 2 deposits have to be paid at your arrival with cash (no Credit Card deposit).
At the reservation 25% of the rental amount.
The balance is requested 3 weeks before arrival.
Tourist tax: 2,86 € / day / adult since the 1st of January 2025.
Cancelation:
At 30 days from the date of arrival the deposit is returned.
At least 30 days from arrival then the total amount is retained.

Lovely well equipped apartment close to Solaise & Olympic ski lifts. Clean & comfortatable & well maintained. Highly recommend.
