Chalet les Alpes: 2 room-cabin apartment, 65 sqm, for 4 people
Located at the feet of the slopes, dominating the village of Val d'Isere.
The Chalet Les Alpes associates the wood and the stone to give a comfort atmosphere. Ground Floor.
E5 on the Val d'Isère Map.

Accommodation fittings:

- American-style open fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, oven, micro wave and washing machine
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds  (possibility to make 1 double bed)
- 1 cabin with 1 double bed (possibility to make 2 single beds)
- bathroom & separated toilets- TV set, and household linen included. Beds made up.

-1 place for 1 car in the garage of the chalet 

(max height 2.20 m and max length 5 m )

- lift
- sharing laundry : washing machine + tumble dryer.
- ski room with private ski lockers
- Internet Wi-Fi access

Arrival time from 3 p.m., and departure before 10 a.m.

2 deposits have to be paid at your arrival : 
- Cleaning deposit: 100 euros / returned at the end of the stay during the inventory if the apartment is left clean as on arrival.

- Damage deposit: 500 euros / returned at the end of the stay during the inventory if the apartment is returned without damage.

Those 2 deposits have to be paid at your arrival with cash (no Credit Card deposit).

At the reservation 25% of the rental amount.
The balance is requested 3 weeks before arrival.
Tourist tax: €2.53/day/adult until 31th of December, 2023 and 2.75€/day/adult from 1st of January, 2024.

Price for 1 additional bed : +200€/week during summer and +250€/week during winter

Cancelation:
At 30 days from the date of arrival the deposit is returned.
At least 30 days from arrival then the total amount is retained.
 
Non-smoking chalet.
Pets not allowed.

This accommodation does not accept groups of minors. In addition, as the residence is quiet and family-friendly, parties and noise are not tolerated.

Apartment not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
