2 deposits have to be paid at your arrival with cash (no Credit Card deposit) :
 
- Cleaning deposit: 100 euros / returned at the end of the stay during the inventory if the apartment is left clean as on arrival.
- Damage deposit: 500 euros / returned at the end of the stay during the inventory if the apartment is returned without damage.
 
At the reservation 25% of the rental amount.
The balance is requested 3 weeks before arrival.
If adding an extra bed: + 200 euros / week during summer and + 250 euros / week during winter.
 
Tourist tax: 2,86 € / day / adult since the 1st of January 2025.

 
 Cancelation:
At 30 days from the date of arrival the deposit is returned.
At least 30 days from arrival then the total amount is retained.
 
 Non-smoking chalet.
Pets not allowed.

This accommodation not accept groups of minors. In addition, as the residence is quiet and family-friendly, parties and noise are not tolerated.

Apartment not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
