Go for a ride in a snow groomer
Spend some time with family or friends in an exceptional place.
Our guide Romain will be delighted to welcome you to the Tommeuses base. You will board a snow groomer for a unique moment. At the time when people are returning to the resort, you will be the last on the ski area to end the day in style. Romain will take you to the end of the Tommeuse plateau to admire the landscape and taste local products.
At this viewpoint, you will be able to admire the Grande Sassière, La Sache, Mont-Blanc and Lake Chevril.
You will taste charcuterie, cheese and wine from the Ferme de l'Adroit in Val d'Isère.
Let's talk a little about the snow groomer!
Romain has carefully fitted out the rear cell of the snow groomer. You will find a luminous ceiling, LEDs, comfortable benches and a sound system with the possibility of connecting via Bluetooth to play your own music.
Want to have a girls' night listening to the Spice Girls in the middle of the mountains? It's possible!
On the program:
- Meet at 5pm at the Tommeuses base
- Climb aboard the snow groomer to our great viewpoint at the end of the Tommeuses plateau
- Aperitif and tasting of local products. This will be done either outside (if conditions allow), or in the snow groomer or in our converted igloo. You can then enjoy cheese, cold meats, bread, red/white wine, mulled wine or soft drinks.
- After sunset, it's time to go home! Embark with Romain for a descent in a snow groomer to La Daille in Val d'Isère
This superb program is a possible privatization from 1 to 12 people.
Access
The activity starts at the foot of the Tommeuses chairlift (ski pass required), 2 ways to get there:
-On skis: from the Daille or Olympic gondola, towards the Tommeuses chairlift
-On foot: pedestrian access only from the La Daille gondola in Val D’Isère (bus stop nearby), followed by a 5-minute walk downhill, 10 minutes back uphill (possibility of taking a pedestrian pass only).
Provide suitable shoes
Equipment
- Warm clothing to admire the sunset. As the sun sets, temperatures are negative.
- If you come on skis, bring your own après-ski.
