The Great Descent is also called the Isère integral.
A long and varied descent with passage through gorges and sporting rapids, and several fun workshops: jumps, river swimming test, race between rafts …
A Must DO in France and in Europe!
 
The activity is accessible to children aged from 12 years old
 
Prerequisite: ability to swim 25 meters and submerge the head for several seconds under water.
lue practice level, no experience required.

Supervision and equipment: a certified instructor. Necessary equipment included (wetsuit and neoprene booties, helmet and life jacket). A swimsuit and a towel are to be provided.

Duration: : 3h30 in total, 2h15 min of descent from Landry to Centron

Day & time : every day, subject to availability.
After booking, the provider will contact you to agree on the hour of departure.

The nautical base is located in Landry, about 30 km from Tignes, in the valley.

The service provider reserves the right to modify or cancel the booking if one of the activities is not available.
Not cancellable from 10 days before departure.
