Snowshoeing accompanied by a mountain guide - Half-day
Presentation
Treat yourself to a snowshoeing experience
Snowshoe hike accompanied by an instructor from the EVOLUTION 2 school
Take a break in nature. Get away from the ski area and go for a walk in nature on snowshoes accompanied by a mountain professional.
We offer full-day or half-day excursions depending on your level, your preferences, and the time you have available.
Wildlife, flora, local history... Discover the environment you are staying in from a natural and peaceful perspective with our passionate professionals.
In addition to the beautiful scenery, snowshoeing in Tignes offers you the opportunity to observe unique local wildlife, including chamois and marmots, which often hide in the forests around the trails.
SNOWSHOEING LEVELS
To help you choose the level of your snowshoe outing, here is a classification that takes into account the elevation gain, distance, and walking time. This classification is to be considered as a guide, bearing in mind that snow conditions (powder, firm snow, etc.) at the time of the outing may make the hike easier or more difficult. Feel free to discuss this with our advisors.
Schedules:
Equipment
Warm, comfortable clothing suitable for walking (avoid bulky jackets and opt for layers that can be added or removed)
Snow boots (ski boots and moon boots are not allowed, snowboard boots are permitted)
We provide snowshoes and safety equipment
A small backpack with snacks and something to drink
A picnic for day trips
Organization and Safety
The activity is supervised by a state-certified instructor or state-certified guide
