Located on the 2nd floor of Building B with elevator access, this spacious studio with a mezzanine of approximately 42 m² can accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
Functional and offering generous space, the apartment features on the main level an open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living area, a bathroom, and a balcony with a West-facing. Upstairs, the mezzanine includes a double bed as well as a window overlooking the living room below, creating a bright and airy feel.
